Most of the time, this problem appears when you have made a mistake on the password of your WiFi network: a capital letter instead of a lowercase letter for example 😊
First, reconfigure your Lovebox and make sure that the password entered is valid. For this purpose:
1/ Unplug your Lovebox and plug it again, with the lid open. A new Lovebox WiFi network will appear on the screen.
2/ Connect your smartphone to the Lovebox's WiFi and the configuration screen will pop-up.
3/ You can now check your Wi-Fi’s name and password (be careful with upper and lower case letters, special characters, etc.)
WARNING: The Lovebox is not compatible with 5Ghz WiFi networks. If your network is available in 5Ghz and 2.5Ghz, choose the second one (the one where "5Ghz" does not appear in the network name).
