We have good news and bad news!
The bad news is that the Lovebox as not been designed to connect directly to a network with a connection portal 😕
The good news is that we have a solution that may be working 😊 Your mission if you accept it, is to contact the network administrator in the place where you live/work so that they can add the Lovebox to the devices connected to your public WiFi network. They will need the MAC address of your Lovebox.
You can get it this way:
1/ Unplug the Lovebox and plug it back in with the cover open;
2/ From your phone, connect to the WiFi network sent by the Lovebox;
3/ Once the configuration pop-up is open, click on "about my Lovebox" (below the 2 languages);
4/ The MAC address of your Lovebox is available here, write it down to forward it to your network administrator.
